In the beginning… In 1904 the Invincible Electric Bank Protection Company began in Belle Plain, Iowa. Among the products produced were burglar alarms, safe deposit boxes, vaults and iron safes. Reorganization took place in early 1913 and the firm began to manufacture metal office furniture in addition to the bank protection products.
